From time to time a business owner needs someone to run through the numbers with them. This service is directed to a larger businesses who need to understand their business activities and accounting reports in a more detailed manner. My role is to step in to review the accounting processes and streamline systems to provide more timely and accurate reports. This function is then crossed over into management meetings where budgets and cash flows are reviewed and discussed along with future projections of business activity.
